IMO, the share price will exceed $ 1 well before the average micro cap mutual fund managers begin to buy the stock. Remember, we are dealing with a total market cap of only $40m. Whether or not mutual fund managers come on board, serious individual shareholders will begin to buy this stock in multiples of $ 100k purchases. The mutual fund managers will usually require performance numbers, better balance sheets and signed contracts that are working and producing revenues. They will have all of these in time.

We will see aggressive individuals and we may see some very aggressive managers come into the stock in the next thirty days, particularly after the March numbers are released. We don't have long to wait.
