Hi Neil You asked if I Had any information on insider stockholding. to prevent such dealing the S.E.C. ACT OF 1934 PROVIDES THAT ANY PERSON OWNING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLEY MORE THEN 10% of any class of stock listed on a national axchange, or is an officer or director of the company issuing the stock, must report the amount of stock owned to the stock exchange and to the S.E.C. In addition, changes in the amount of holding must be reported within ten days of the end of each month. There is a lot more and in great detail.(sorry getting of the subject of the post) Yes I agree with you at this point its up to Russ Chapmen the CEO to come forward with more positive info.
