[Investment Bankers]

Ray,

I don't want to rain on any parade yet I think we are playing with semantics. To me, all that is happening at the Goldman Conference is that a bunch of companies are presenting their case to a bunch of investors as to why they( the companies) think that their stock is a good investment for the audience's money. If it were a private placement or a new or secondary issue and Goldman was an underwriter, then in my definition, they would be the Investment Bankers for AMTX. Right now, it seems to me as the same type of conference that Pat is at in SF, given(hosted) by H&Q...Where am I off base? I would love to see a prospectus with the Goldman name at the bottom as an "Underwriter".....

Regards,

Ed...
