Yes, there is a confirmation that there will be some announcements in the month of March. All I am going on is what Philip Beaudoin has e-mailed me, so if you put any weight on that, then it is definitely a confirmation. I'm expecting 2 "good" size contract announcements and an announcement on the specifics of TPII's Y2K application. As far as the big boys are concerned! It is hard for me to believe that there is some accumulation going on....given the current price ranges they might as well buy as much as they can at these levels and manipulate the stock up....that's what I think!....this stock has definitely got some downside weight on it...meaning this stocks just dives on selling more then it goes up on a buy for the same # of shares!! I still remember the day when it shot to $2 on a million shares and dumped back down on a few hundred thousand......wierd.... Matt
