Marconi, some of us suspected that trouble was brewing at CTXS when they issued the big convertible for no obvious reason except perhaps to "cash in" the high stock price. It has been in steady down trend since news of the impending convertible first leaked out.

I don't know anything about the recent news about terminal server, but something somewhere is not right with this picture and people who do know seem to be selling.
