Donald: <<I have a question, lets say the market runs up hard for here and sells off hard. How many will be able to get out at the top.>>

If the bulls that you were talking about were in the market at the beginning of this run (my first buy signal on 3-23) then he would have no problem taking a one day 5% hit from the top. How many one day 5% high have you seen that the market has reversed when it made a new high the previous day? I have seen none that I can remember of. If one is methodical an set stop losses accordingly I do not see a problem. It is when one is greedy and want to recover his losses every time, that is when he will get in trouble.

One more thing. When one buys into the dip there is always the danger of buying into the falling knife. So stops are necessary.

By the way I don't have a buy signal yet so I will sit this one out.

Regards,

Jaime
