It's time to go bottom fishing. I bought Wind River and Phoenix today. The 1996 secondary offering price of 12 should be supported, so I bought some at 12 3/8 today. The market offers no guarantees, but it seems like a good bet. At a time when most software companies are heading south, Phoenix is heading up in anticipation of a big buyback announcement next week when earnings are released. Somebody is accumulating a lot of stock and the train is leaving the station, so I don't want to be left out.
