I think Federal Express is becoming a bad investment as they are beginning to act like a monopoly.

We were loyal customers until they made a mistake with our billing in their computer. I've sent them cheques in addition to what we owe them to try and sort out the problem, but to no avail. I've personally spent many hours trying to resolve the problems, but there customer service department doesn't even respond to written inquiries!

In frustration, we've given up using their services.

If our experience is typical, they are at their peak now. UPS and the postal service are providing good alternative means of delivering packages.
