Pincus, CPA, has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. With more than three decades of financial experience, Mr. Pincus has a strong background in domestic and international financing, acquisitions, divestitures, SEC reporting and investor relations as well as general financial management. Before coming to FTI, he was Chief Financial Officer of Nitinol Medical Technologies in Boston. Earlier in his career, he rose to Partner at Ernst & Young and was Partner-in-Charge of Management Consulting in the New York Region of KMG Main Hurdman, both public accounting firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant, did graduate study in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University and holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College.
