Great posts guys - thanks. That explains today's improved price action but make me wonder about the activty yesterday around 3 pm.

It looks like it is ready to move northe again and with the car-buying season ahead of us I am optimistic. My prediction is for a 1999 high of 19 5/8 somtime in August.
