I believe the rules are that the company shareholder must file with the SEC as to the intent to sell a certain amount of shares on a given date, and I have not seen any filings as such. I also recall reading somewhere that the CEO was not happy about the huge short selling of his companys stock, and said he would not contribute to the shorts by selling any of his shares until the short position was say (normalized).
WHEN 31% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES IN FLOAT ARE SOLD SHORT, would this be classified as normal? OR JUST A GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!!

A long hard squeeze is what we need!
