Wow you talk about a responce !! I sent a friendly email to EData and who responds but the president and CEO of the company he was very optimistic as to the rulings that are up comming and feels very confident as to the future of e data: true this what you would expect from I.R. but he ended with the thought that the infrindgement uses of this pattent are so vast that a net couldn't be thrown broadly enough to catch all but if a quarter were to pay for the rights we all would be doing well. My fear is that electr. data funding&pmt have grown so quick and is so vast that it has become a "GENERIC" given. Remember a couple of years a law suit was brought against COKE and the out come was close becuase the use of the name COKE had become GENERIC slang for a cola. And I'm sure E-Data doesn't have the capital Coke has to fight such a suit. RON
