Probably not. Right away at least. These types of suits are
common and taken in stride by the market.

The real fireworks could come IF the suit gets to trial and
DISCOVERY, which could bring to light lots of juicy stuff.

For that very reason, the suit itself puts AOL in a pickle.
They will try to get it thrown out.
