Chris, I think you would benefit from exploring SFE's site,,,Safeguard Scientific...http://www.safeguard.com/ I think what Ampex is doing is similiar....looking at opportunities in Storage and Digital Video...setting up or acquire entrepreneurial entities to pursue the opportunities and providing the working capital and management disciplines needed at the holding company level to support their entrepreneurs... The present setup clearly sets up potential IPOs in Tv onthe Web, AENTV, Reiter and Micronet.....
