Hi all - Been following AXC and this board for last 2 years but typically only lurk. This is definitely one of the best boards on SI and I appreciate everyone's contributions over that timeframe. I have one question related to AXC's move to a holding company. Do shareholders of AXC get shares in any subsidiary/spin-off that is IPO'ed? It does seem that AXC is moving towards a CMGI-like business model and I am not sure how shareholders of CMGI get rewarded (if at all) when one of the holding companies is IPOed. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Back to lurking.
