I was hoping someone might step up and call Wayne Case to ask about how he intends to position the wafer system vis-a-vis Tencor's Surfscan, but I guess I'll have to do it myself. These threads can be a little discouraging when its all take and no give. Fortunately, I 'm already in this one. Others are going to miss out big time in the run up to the report next month.
