I wouldn't even bother with a Small Cap listing. It just isn't worth the additional hassle. They should restate their application for the National Market. This assumes the reason they originally applied for the Small Cap was due to price alone. I believe it is a simple amendment and shouldn't hold up any pending listing. There is simply too much to gain from the switch. GG
