I don't know for sure, but I'd be surprised to see management do anything that could possibly be construed as a conflict of interest.

I'm not worried, since there will certainly be enough float to satisfy the needs of this small investor, with or without a repurchase. As far as whether or not $17 is a bargain basement price, I'll let you pass judgement on that.
