Valid points.

With the growth rate of data, e-commerce, and the Internet (in general), I can't see how the current bandwidth will accommodate it. Add to that Europe's lag in getting into the net, and you have a potential (repeat potential) supply and demand problem.

If you equate it to car traffic, I have yet to see a new public metropolitan highway that hasn't been overloaded soon after it's opening.

As for the national business magazine, please look at the impact to EMC.

Just an opinion, though.
