On cnbc this morning I heard that one of the houses issued a very bearish report targeted towards all software that said "y2k hitting software harder than expected". I was running out the door and don't remember who it was - anybody know? I would like to get a hold of that one. Anyway I'm fairly convinced that was the entire reason sebl was down - however - some investors just want out of the whole sector I'm sure. I think psft could fall 50% from here and wind up at 8 or so.

Fwiw I don't like these sweeping reports issued by analysts that apply to entire sectors, and besides, where were they last Sept when everybody in the business was looking like a deer in the headlights?
