WSTL's stock is cheap...and getting cheaper can't argue there. But what Alcatel did was simply dump on the market and its to be seen if they make money by doing this. WSTL has been in business 17 years doing business in 40 countries. I like their chances to get a GTE contract & Bell Atlantic contract by April this year.
