How is your V3 performing? (addressed to no one in particular)

I got the V3 2000 for my work computer today at Best Buy. So far I have to say that I'm not that happy. No matter what resolution or refresh rate I set, my picture is a little blurry in Windows, almost moving back and forth, if you look closely. I have no idea what the problem is. I have a 19" Hitachi SuperScan Elite 751. I've tried adjusting moire, degaussing, etc. I'm guessing a driver issue. I replaced a Banshee card that worked great.

On a positive note, Q2 at 1600x1200 runs unbelievably well. I haven't run any tests, but it is definitely playable on my PII 450. Runs smooth...VERY nice.
