Doug, Classic case of lack of a core focus---real need for McKinsey style restructure. Benhamou blew it. Needs to accept failure and step down. Agree with all statements about spin off of Pilot. I would spin off everything else and keep pilot. Not that it necessarily makes a difference DrRisk
