LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1999--Nutek Inc. (OTC BB:NUTK - news) Wednesday announced the acquisition of Scott Helvenston's Elite Fitness Systems.
This acquisition includes the services of Helvenston, who will continue as president of Elite Fitness Systems, and the Personal Training of national film celebrities. Helvenston's fitness system has evolved, beginning with the world's finest fighting force in supreme physical training as a twelve year Navy Seal Veteran, Seal Team Instructor, World Champion Pentathlete, and nationally certified fitness instructor.
His Elite Fitness System is comprised of the Total Body Workout, the Ultimate Aerobic Workout, and the Ab Blast Workout, along with a training manual. Scott can and has done more to help clients obtain their goals through his aerobic videotapes than through any exercise apparatus.
These videotapes are now the first newly marketed items to be sold by NUTEK since the assumption of management by Murray Conradie. However, Conradie is working very diligently to obtain, and put into production, many other new and exciting properties.
