Latest report says that the new Tegal critical etchers are sold out this quarter, and will sell a number of units next fiscal year. Non-critical etchers still a problem but industry is coming around. TGAL was a steal at $5 earlier this year - looks like with prospective earnings numbers may still be cheap at $8.
