On timing trades ... in recent times I bought and traded: ebay ... took good profits and the stock ran another 80 points cnet ... freaked out and took profits and the stock ran another 50-70 points, I forget nsol ... decided to hold for the home run and lost 40 points of profit instead amat calls for the breakout ... Kurlack opened his trap the next day and smashed my calls like a fly orcl leaps ... sold half for a bundle, kept the other half which are now smashed like rotten bananas yhoo short puts ... rode them down to 147 and back up exds ... no complaints yet inkt ... sold at 97 1/2 and the stock runs another 9-10 points a couple of hours later. Yada, yada, yada ... my husband has listened to these stories over time, and not with much empathy either. The other night he said, "Listen, sweetheart, your timing sucks ... why don't you just give up?" I flashed him one of my looks, and he says ... "Oooh, you know you have a look that could freeze boiling water!" He got my drift.
