mmac also has warrants mmacw (2,851,977 out) with strike price of $4.50 expiration Feb 2002 and call provision at 150% of strike (if common trades above that level for any 20 consecutive trading days, etc). I believe this is the 4th day common has traded 150% of the strike price.
