Philip Morris pushes out Miller's top executives NEW YORK, April 7 (Reuters) - Philip Morris Cos. Inc. (NYSE:MO - news) on Wednesday replaced the top management at its Miller Brewing Co. unit, including its chief executive officer and top sales and marketing executives, in a bid to improve the performance of the world's No. 3 beer brewer. ''We decided we needed to make a management change in order to upgrade Miller's performance,'' Philip Morris spokesman Bob Minkoff told Reuters.
