I'm not averaging down. Management gives the news to their friends first. Check out the posts from around Jan. 8. There was a guy there that posted a rumor about last quarter 2 weeks before the company announced the shortfall. Obviously, the same thing happened this quarter, too. The Xact acquisition will depress earnings for a couple of years because they're not going to take a big bath, as indicated by the 1 penny charge. With the new SEC rule, there will be more charges if they reprice options. We made a big mistake. I'm getting out on the first dead cat bounce.
