Montello disconnected their toll free 1-800 number - so if you need to call them you need to call their normal number. Thomas stated that they disconnected it since they were getting multiple calls from the same people on a daily basis asking for quotes etc. It just became too time consuming. They are still quite willing to answer our questions but they hope that by eliminating the 1-800 number they may eliminate the nuisance calls. ( I guess some folks were calling 5 or 6 times daily -don't have internet access I guess.)
