Needham & Co downgrade today from Buy to Hold. My guess is valuation. However, ALTR only dropped 2 1/2 vs. XLNX down 3. I guess that's OK though, XLNX was up quite a bit more over the last few days than ALTR. Hopefully both will hang in there until earnings. I expect good out of both.
