Thanks for turning into another Intel lover.. except you are the AMD extreme..

Can you prove beyond 100% certainty that AMD would have had no sales at a 5% discount... I mean PROVE.. I find it hard to believe.. it would have still been a discount and really.. companies are out to protect the bottom line (well at least the sane ones)... Compaq would still have used it.. if it's a choice between 5% or 0% discount you chose 5%..
