Profit and revenue projection from CC today
by: Reality_Check_Analyst 1547 of 1547
The CEO just said in his opinion WIND is "Way way undervalued". Here is the scoop:

Analysts had been expecting 30% revenue growth year over year for each quarter. Bookings should meet or exceed this target but revenue will be $2-$3 million short due to deferrals on shipping the Tornado II for switches which should start shipping at the end of April. They said the extra preparation put into the product will pay for itself many times over.

Revenue for the 1st quarter last year was $26,400 and net profit was $4,435 or 11 cents per share. They confirmed the $34-$35 million (30% growth) booking target should be met or exceeded. Thus subtracting the $2-$3 million shortfall will result in revenues of $31-$33 million or an increase of 17% to 25%.

Wind's revenues in Q3 of last year were $33,600 (net profit $7,165 eps $.17) and usually strong Q4 was $38,200 (net profit $8,520 eps $.20).

Based on the cost level incurred in Q3 the net profit would be $5,501 (13 cents) to $6,781 (16 cents). Based on the cost level incurred in Q4 the net profit would be $3,912 (9 cents) to $5,192 (12 cents). I feel that Q4 probably had more product and admin costs than Q1 will have due to higher sales and y/e bonuses but certainly they have added people and given raises.

In conclusion I would estimate that revenues will be up 21% to $32 million and eps will be 10-14 cents with 11-12 most likely. This would be flat to up one cent from the prior year and 1 cent under expectations.

They were upbeat on the balance of the year meeting 30% growth and continuing to increase market share. With a new projected eps for the year of $.75 then stock trading at 16x earnings.

GLAD I BOUGHT SOME TODAY AT $12 AND HOPE IT DOES NOT OPEN ANY HIGHER TOMORROW SO I CAN GET MORE!!!
