What a coincidence. This almost mirrors a conversation I had with our Programming Manager this morning. I was asking about their procedure to maintain the integrity of Year 2000 certified systems when they do upgrades and other system maintenance. His answer was, basically, we aren't going to do any changes (until after 01/01/2000). I think he might even have also used the term "locked down". FWIW.
