IATV Driving Force.
I posted this yesterday on The Raging Bull board in response to someone asking what was driving this stock. I wish I could say this was responsible for today's big gain but this stock is bigger than all of us. Mike.com, Did I miss anything below.
---------------------------------------------------------
There are a number of factors driving this stock.

1- IATV has a product of the future. It could be at the center of the convergence between TV and the internet.

2- Their technology could provide advertisers with new methods to reach the public. Imagine if while you were watching a TV commercial, all you had to do was click on an icon at the bottom of the TV and you bought the product. That's a great business model for any company.

3- Their technolgy is also very applicable to sports which is worth billions. Imagine if while watching a sports event you could click on a players name and get all his stats for the year. Or pick the camera angle you want to watch.

4- They already have deals with GIC, SFA, TCI, AT&T ,etc. These are major players in the digital set top box industry. Every set top box should read "IATV INSIDE". Sound familar?

5- They own all the patents to interactive TV and there is always the chance of a buy-out from a major internet or communication giant trying to gain an edge on the competition.

6- Institutions have recently started to buy into the stock. I think about 15% of the stock is now owned by institutions. Once they start buying it is only a matter of time before some of the companies come out with recommendations to buy them. As of yet no company has even covered them. So this is a stock in its infancy stage.

7- It is an internet stock in the making. Everyone is looking to find the next internet giant. When this stock is 100, people will look back and say, "how could I not realize interactive TV was going to be so popular."

8- The company doesn't even have earnings yet. No one is expecting anything for a while so the stock can run for a long time before they could ever disappoint.
