Montgomery analyst cuts estimates on DLIA. Business is deteriorating. Cut estimates for this year from $0.60 to $0.40 per share. After IPO this thing will be in the teens.

I also wouldn't be surprised if IPO falters because of strange requirement to buy DLIA stock after ipo is over.

I say it closes at $38 per share, and DLIA closes at $18 on Friday.
