Yougang - >2M units in one month (AMD - one fab). It's called a bubble.

When a fab is experiencing yield problems, they are usually not cranking a linear stream of even bad parts out the end of the line. It is most likely they had a "bubble", tons of material on hold or moving very slowly through the line. I doubt the started material for >2M units at the beginning of March and got them out by the end of the month. Some of this stuff was probably started at the beginning of the quarter.
