Steve, question regarding trading in-between the spread on nasdaq stocks. Lets say a stock is 10 by 10 1/4. You come in and bid or offer it out at 10 1/8 and you are the only one at that bid or offer. Now should'nt you be the first one to get filled at 10 1/8? Don't all orders have to go to the best market? I've been noticing that alot of times I'm the only one on the bid or offer and stock is getting traded around me at my price. Thanks for your response.
