The conference call was interesting. They carried it live over the Internet on RealPlayer, and all the analysts called the execs by their first names.

I tell ya, things have changed.

I hate those bogus commercials that Discover is putting out, but the current one is actually really amusing. This old guy that looks kinda like me calls "Stewart" into his office and confides that he has opened an on-line account.

There is even a chicken reference.
