TD, ICCAC trades with a nasdaq exemption until Apr 30 th. Then they must come out with a explanation how they will fulfill the nasdaq SC listing requirements. A weird story. ICCSA got delisted in Feb, shares fell to $4 on the OBB. Alas they went beck to 8 and more and by magic the stock was granted an exemption and it trades at the nasdaq again. C.
