I've been doing a little DD on this company, and trying to buy in. The $26.50 was a Red Flag today. Can any body tell how many shares were sold in that area at that time? I ask this because I know there has to be a reason and someone has the answer.

From experience I can tell you of a similarity, not sure if this is the right stock but I think it is. Look at the chart for SMTC for the last two years. You will see a major dip around one of the earning dates in 98 (earnings are near the end of the month). I got in prior to, and the stock started breaking the other way. When I started asking questions I was told that their was a big holder that wasn't happy with the way things were going, and they were liquidating shares. I broke even and the stock moved forward.

Why would anyone or group sell at $26.50 when they could have got $30 plus? Some how the trees get in front on the forest.
