Hi Judy,
Good trade on the CUBE puts. CUBE looked very strong today. Both CUBE and ESST present at the Robt Stevens conference this week. Cube presents Tuesday and ESST on Wednesday. I expect CUBE may be strong tommorrow, and ESST may be weak. The real test for CUBE will be how it stands up on Wednesday after ESST presents. ESST has dropped their price on VCD chips and if CUBE drops their price, we may still see a fight for market share. As you stated, if CUBE holds on the next dip, it may be time to cover the short. Hopefully, more information will come out of this conference to evaluate the prospects of both companies.

ANET is one of Joel Noel (H&Q)'s favorite stocks. There is a good chance they will beat this quarter's estimate. They also have a very reasonable PE, compared to their group. Notice that ANET held up very well on Friday when all the networkers were very weak. The problem with ANET (and VRLK) is that very few shares trade and it is subject to very wild moves.

I'm willing to give ADBE one more quarter to see if their merge problems are behind them. They seem to be moving their software successfully to Windows/NT, so we may see less dependance on AAPL.
