Frank, thanks for the ideas. Yes, QWST is close to completing its network.

I agree that the broadband glut is overplayed. At some point in the undetermined future, bandwidth won't command a premium (or so my thinking goes today). I don't see it happening in the next few years.

By the way, QWST is up almost 75% this calendar year. I believe that it's worth a good bit more. I just find it amazing (and I'm not being critical, because your explanations are the best I've run across) that the street has come to agree with me so quickly! It usually takes a lot longer, and sometimes never happens at all!
