TD, nice post. It took me a while to believe in the potential of the front-office/CRM/ERM market. Over the last year, I've got the religion. What's your thoughts on Vantive these days? I'm in the middle of a Vantive implementation that's going ok. Product's not bad. Their organization seems to stay in flux.
