when I'm trying to get on my online broker's site and there is too much traffic or not enough capacity to let me on, and then when I get on, I place an order and it simply will not enter due to the aforementioned problems, and then, when I try the telephone, I'm left on hold indefinitely.... yada yada yada.... and then, there's the flip side...like today when for an insane moment I was chasing a high flyer, though at a price a few points below its current price. As my order sat there on the screen unentered, the stock continued to trade down. I cancelled the order and then checked for the quote. It had fallen below my price and never got back there today. Moral: sometimes annoyances can pay off<g>
