I actually agree with a lot of what you are saying. I just don't know enough about this particular company yet to be comfortable buying in. That doesn't seem to have bothered a lot of people on the Yahoo! thread though. From what I can tell a bunch of people bought the stock without a clue as to what it was they were buying. The price you'll have to pay as a long is being subject to people stampeding in and out because the company has a dot com in its name. At any rate, I think that the way I see things shaping up is that their will be a tiered market for these products. On the lower-end (in terms of performance and capabilities) will be the Internet/IP-based solutions, like NetMeeting. On the higher-end will be private network/ATM-based solutions. I think they will be interoperable but in order to get the full-range of capabilities, you will need to go with the latter solutions. I think there is opportunity to make money on companies that are addressing the different tiers. By way of comparison - TeraGlobal's solution can scale to thousands of systems in a network, can deliver full-motion, full-screen video, can deliver multiple video streams at 30FPS to and from each client in realtime, and can support applications such as running a multipoint videoconference while collaborating on a 3-D model. However, not everybody wants/needs that level of capability. So, I think there's room for a few companies to be successful.

You said you were disappointed in management and yet are buying more stock. What are your concerns and how do you think they will be addressed?
