Ed,
I also agree with Zeev's comment about picking a process and generating cash flow as they must be about out of cash, plus if they can do that on any sizeable basis, it is foolish not to proceed.
What makes you feel confident to say, "And it won't be long now"?
Hope you are right, but I am afraid to believe it.
