Hi Darrell,
There is no insider filing in the works that I know of. Both Karsten Jeppesen and Frances Marshall have sold some stock over the last 6 months under Rule 144, but the last of this stock passed some time ago (actually I am lying - Frances Marshall says she still has around 10,000 shares to sell).

There are a number of individuals who have been involved in a 504 offering YARC completed in March 1998 and who hold significant parcels of stock. There are also individuals who purchased private placements in 1995. The basis price of all these parcels was between 50 cents and a dollar.
