Hi Rick, in other TVI news, I posted Allen recently, and unlike some others here, was able to get a reply within a week. He responded to the concern over lack of reporting by reminding me that the SEC has and does maintain free access to consumers via Edgar, which is where TVI has sent its quarterly statements. Specifically...the 4th quarter and 98 annual numbers were delievered to the auditor on March 2, so an audited report should be available within a few weeks. When that is received, Allen/ TVI will issue and distribute press releases, but only after having received the audit. Remember, this is fourth quarter, so I am willing to give Allen all the time he needs. Rick this is not directed towards you, but to anyone who has expressed the concerns re reporting.
On a separate matter, I am still somewhat befuddled that some folks won't just pick up and call the company if they thirst for information. Allen Bender is always willing to take calls, and from him you will get an honest answer. He wanted me to convey that emails usually are answered, but if anyones has not been responded to, feel free to call the company. I will post the number if anyone needs same.
I for one am very appreciative of what Allen Bender, Chad Samples, the other directors, employees, and their families have endured to save this company. Clearly they have performed admirably. I hope others will give this company the time it needs, and support the efforts of its board and employees.
