I think Go2Net's market cap does not reflect its value or potential yet. I was using "overvalued" in the more traditional sense considers all internet stocks to be overvalued because of that un-measurable "potential". But its current price puts it where it belongs in the company of others and lets it compete well for stock-based buyouts.
